Asparagus, Corujas, aromatic herbs and flowers, mushrooms, dairy, meats … collected by ourselves about, or receiving the other of our craftsmen, are in this tasting menu the best chance to make themselves known.
A dynamic menu that we will change in the Hotel Palacio Miraflores as nature evolves and products give way to others.
